 Travel charges may apply for mobile or community-based services delivered outside Nova Speech Clinic locations.

Travel time is charged based on the actual time travelled and billed in 6-minute increments. Where appropriate, travel charges may be apportioned between clients receiving services within the same area. 

Reduced travel rates may apply for therapy assistant services.

Additional travel-related costs, including tolls, parking, and vehicle expenses, may apply depending on the location and nature of the service provided.

• A detailed, individualised Mealtime Management Plan developed in accordance with current evidence-based practice and professional standards 
• Tailored strategies to improve the safety of oral intake, including clinical findings and recommendations

• Clinical findings and recommendations
• Recommended for standard speech, language, communication and swallowing assessments, where appropriate.

• Recommended for complex communication, swallowing or neurological presentations, or where detailed reporting is required (e.g. NDIS, insurers or other funding bodies).
