Travel time is claimable for up to 30 minutes each way in Modified Monash Model (MMM) 1–3 areas, including the Sunshine Coast and Gympie regions. Travel charges will be based on the actual time travelled, not exceeding the time limits permitted under the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits.

* Travel provided by a Therapy Assistant may be charged at a reduced rate, in accordance with NDIS guidelines and agreed service rates.

When delivering face-to-face supports,  costs related to travel, such as road tolls, parking fees, and vehicle running costs may be charged. To help cover these travel-related expenses, we may negotiate a reasonable contribution towards these costs, depending on the nature and location of the service.

• Provides detailed, individualised plans that meet dysphagia and feeding safety standards, in line with current evidence-based practice, ethical and clinical compliance requirements (including NDIS).
• Tailored strategies  for improving the safety of oral intake, including clinical findings and any necessary strategies and interventions required.
