Therapy
Short Session
45-minute face-to-face therapy session + administration

Therapy assistant (level 2) short Session

Travel
Provider Travel – Labour Costs (Time)
Travel time is charged equally for NDIS and private clients and is aligned with the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits 2025-26
Travel time is claimable for up to 30 minutes each way in Modified Monash Model (MMM) 1–3 areas, including the Sunshine Coast and Gympie regions, when services are delivered outside our clinics. Travel charges will not exceed the actual time travelled.
* Travel time by Therapy Assistants is charged at a reduced rate.
Provider Travel – Non-Labour Costs
When delivering face-to-face supports, costs related to travel, such as road tolls, parking fees, and vehicle running costs may be charged. To help cover these travel-related expenses, we may negotiate a reasonable contribution towards these costs, depending on the nature and location of the service.

Mealtime Management plan
- Observation and evaluation of feeding and/or mealtime behaviours
- A detailed, individualised plan that meets dysphagia and feeding safety standards, in line with current evidence-based practice and clinical/ethical compliance requirements (including NDIS)
- Tailored strategies to improve the safety of oral intake, including clinical findings and recommendations
Standard Assessment
- Face-to-face assessment session.
- Analysis of assessment results + standard report
- Clinical findings and recommendations
- Feedback session to discuss results and recommendations
- Recommended for standard speech and/or language assessments
Comprehensive Assessment
- Face-to-face assessment session.
- Analysis of assessment results + comprehensive report
- Clinical findings and recommendations
- Feedback session to discuss results and recommendations
- Recommended for complex and multifaceted assessments and/or where NDIS-compliant reporting is required.
