Therapy
Short Session
45-minute face-to-face initial consultation or therapy session + administration
Standard Session
60-minute face-to-face therapy session + administration
Assessment
Short Consultation
- Face-to-face assessment (informal and formal)
- Analysis of assessment results + summary report
- Clinical findings and recommendations
- Feedback session to discuss results and recommendations
- Recommended for isolated assessments such as speech evaluations and screenings
Standard Consultation
- Face-to-face assessment (informal and formal)
- Analysis of assessment results + comprehensive report (NDIS compliance)
- Clinical findings and recommendations
- Feedback session to discuss results and recommendations
- Recommended for speech and language assessments
Long Consultation
- Face-to-face assessment (informal and formal)
- Analysis of assessment results + comprehensive report (NDIS compliance)
- Clinical findings and recommendations
- Feedback session to discuss results and recommendations
- Recommended for complex and multifaceted communication and/or mealtime challenges
Travel
travel fees are additional to session costs.
Where possible, the therapist will aim to cluster appointments with other clients to help share non-labour travel costs. Travel time is payable for up to 30 minutes each way in MMM1-3 areas (Sunshine Coast & Gympie region). Travel charges will be based on the actual time travelled, not exceeding the stated time limits.
* Assessment times may range from 1–3 hours, and any additional assessment time will be charged at $193.99 per hour.
